1) Do you offer Annual or Partial contracts?
Contracts are Annual only and all contracts are reviewed/renewed June 1st of every year following.
2) Do I need to make an appointment to drop off my boat?
We do not require an appointment to drop off your boat, however, phone calls in advance are appreciated. Please leave a message entailing when you plan on bringing by your boat: Seattle Marina - 206-633-2628, ext. 121. Please plan to spend at least one hour after arrival for drop off, processing of paperwork & orientation.
3) Do you require First & Last month deposit?
There is no deposit necessary.
4) Can I pick out my slip?
No. Our slips have been pre-arranged by size & length, therefore, boats must be assigned specifically to the slips that can support them.
5) Do you store trailers?
Yes, depending on availability. Trailer Storage is $75/mo for rack customers and $100/mo for non-rack customers. Contact us for availability. Trailer Contracts are reviewed on a monthly basis.
6) How long does it take to get the boat in the water?
We require 2 hours advance notice of your arrival via telephone. The moment we see you, we will happily launch your vessel. We do not pre-launch boats in order to avoid congestion on the docks. It only takes about 5-10 minutes to launch your boat.
7) Can I stay out past closing time? What steps do I take?
We require that you communicate this information directly with an onsite Marina Operator. You can stay out past closing, however will be asked to tie your boat up securely - at your own risk - to our docks at the end of your evening. The same goes for launch request before opening; we will launch your boat at the end of the evening before and tie it securly to the docks.
8) What are the hours of operation?

9) I've filled out all the paperwork. What should I do with them?
Please bring them with you when you bring your boat to the Dry Stack. If you want to give us notice of your intent to rent a slip, you can first fax all 3 contracts to the Seattle Location: 206-633-6104.
