She began working at Seattle Boat Company as a teenager, gaining experience across departments including accounting, parts, and service. After college, she returned full-time in 2015 and helped build several key areas of the business, including the HR department and the finance and delivery coordination teams. She later served as Sales Manager and now leads the company as Co-President.
Elizabeth is actively involved in the broader boating community and serves on the NMTA Board of Trustees. She began serving on the Grow Boating Committee in 2020 and joined the Seattle Boat Show Committee in 2021.
